You will develop force, strength and explosiveness. They are essential qualities that will keep you strong, healthy and able to move pain free every day.

Location
The 1-to-1 sessions are delivered from Buzz Gym Cannon Street:
- It features the best equipment to develop force, strength and explosiveness.
- Great performance atmosphere.
- Central location.
- Including saunas.
24 sessions
- With 2 sessions/week the package gives us 3 solid months to get you the results you want.
- The 24 sessions are divided into 3 programmes (3x8 sessions) tailored to your goals, needs and limitations. Each programme is being perfectioned along the 8 sessions.
- Your programme can be strength based only, or split between strength & conditioning, depending on your goals/preferences.

Meet
The very first session is without any engagement.
It is all about getting to know each other, understand better what made you contact me.
We will train for 1 hour and discuss your goals further.
The first session is 50% off.

Asses
We will go through some test to assess how your body moves with/without weight.
We will also get your body composition details and establish a SMART goal.
